We've been really pleased with the new website Landmark built for us and the monthly SEO work they've been doing. Before the new site went live, we were getting around 8 visitors a day. We're now averaging about 28 a day, which is a 250% increase, and that's during what is normally our quietest time of year. WordPress website pricing and payment options
Every WordPress website is different, so the final cost depends on the size of the site, the number of pages, the content required, and whether you need ecommerce. We give you clear pricing before any work starts, and we can structure payments in a way that fits your cash flow.
Five-page brochure website
From£1,500A brochure site suits a business offering one service in one location, for example a hair salon in Farnham or a cafe in Godalming. Five pages give you a home page, an about page, a service page, a testimonials or gallery page, and a contact page.
If you offer several services or cover more than one town, a brochure site will hold you back. Each service and each location needs its own page to rank in its own right, so we would scope a larger build instead. We will tell you honestly which you need during discovery.
Monthly website plan
Per month£159For businesses that need a new site without the upfront cost of a full build. The monthly plan runs on a two-year minimum term, which works out at £3,816 across the minimum term, or £5,724 over three years.
This can work well if you need to get online quickly, want to protect cash flow, and would rather spread the cost while your new site starts working for you.
WooCommerce websites
From£3,000WooCommerce builds start from £3,000. The final cost depends on the number of products, payment setup, delivery rules, content, and any custom functionality required.
One-off WordPress website build
For most business websites, we work on a staged payment structure:
- 50%upfront to secure your project slot and cover discovery, sitemap, and initial design
- 30%when the site is sent to you for review, before it goes live
- 20%on the day it goes live
This is usually the lowest total-cost option over time. Once the final payment clears, you own the finished website, along with the content, images, and files we create for you.
Which option is right for you?
If you can fund the build without straining cash flow, a one-off WordPress website usually costs less over time. If cash flow matters more than total cost today, the monthly plan lets you get the site live without the larger upfront payment. We will tell you which route costs you less before you choose.

Design
We create a visual design in Figma that you can click through and review on both mobile and desktop. You approve everything before we start building.
Content, photography and build
The build starts with your content, because we cannot build a website properly without knowing what goes on every page. We can write the content for you or work with copy you provide. If we write it, every page is researched around the words and questions your customers are searching for, with on-page SEO and clear sections that help Google and AI tools understand your business.
With the content and photography in place, we hand-code your WordPress site to load quickly, work across devices, and give search engines a clear structure to crawl. We set up your content management dashboard so you can manage the site yourself after launch.
Launch and support
